AC21 History: Changed company and moved desg from "Software Engineer" to "Developer". Salary is high, technologies are different than the mentioned in labor. Every thing went well. Good luck to you guys.

When sending AC21 letter do you have also to sent prove of ability of new employer to pay you.

I think this may not be required as this process is normally done at I-140 stage. This is required to be submitted only if it is asked.
 
My new employeer(it's a federal company) just send a letter to USCIS saying desg are same and eligible to use AC21 etc.. They didn't even mention the salary details.

Just wondering did you send a letter drafte d by you or did you do it thru your lawyer.

What are the other documents you sent with your letter to USCIS.

My company legal depart send a letter to USCIS(Only a letter, not any other documents). They gave me a copy. I sent the same to my lawyer. Other than that, nothing from our side.
