AC 21 Approved.Imp Question,Help Please?

Hello:

I have been visiting this forum for long time and it provided me with lot of helpful information..Heres my case..

My I-485 got approved last week ..I used AC-21(after 180 days & 140 approved) to change employer.I have not informed INS about job change eventhough i had Supporting documents from my current employer and was planning to inform.

With my i-485 approved now,do i need to inform INS with supporting letter from my current employer or it is not required?

PLEASE HELP..

------ as you have not informed USCIS or sent AC21 letter to USCIS you have NOT used AC21, your I-485 is approved for the employer whose job offer letter was submited with I-485

---- AC21 can be invoked BEFORE I-485 is approved, you have your I-485 approved and by law you are supposed to work with employer after I-485 approval whose job offer letter was the base of I-485 approval contact your lawyer at the time of Citizenship or when you renew GC it may be discovered that you never worked with the employer who filed your GC and who provided you job offer letter for your I-485 approval.

Do I not need to worry till i get into Naturalization or GC renewal stage?


I would like to get my parents from Mumbai next month?Can i send my Current Employment for Supporting there Travel?Will it create a mismatch in INS as i have not sent AC 21 letter before 485 approval?
