AC-21 and US citizenship

Hi All,

Here is my situation:

I received my greencard about 4.5 years back and I am thinking about my citizenship. However, there is a little twist here.

I had concurrently filed my I-40 and I-485 with company X.

1 year after filing, I left my Company X with I-140 and I-485 still pending. Joined Company Y using H1-B. Pending I-140 was approved 15 days after I left Company X. I also received an RFE on my I-485. So Company Y lawyers invoked AC-21 for me and sent RFE response for I-485. They also sent AC-21 letter in a separate mail to INS. Got I-485 approved in Jan 2004.

So..do I really have a problem with my citizen application here given the greencard situation above? Please post your thoughts.

Thanks

Casanova, this matter has been discussed at length here and elsewhere and I have researched it thoroughly. I am in same boat as you and based on what I know so far we are in reasonable shape. I am still waiting for my interview but looks as if I am legally clear like you to apply and be approved.
