AC-21 and New Employer!

Hi Ginnu and other gurus!

1. I have filed my GC with company based in VA and currently waiting for 485 approval (elligible for AC-21) . Now if i have to join a new employer using AC-21 then the new employer should be from VA only or he can be any where in USA?. Please advice.

2. Is it going to be an issue if i get a break between my next job for lets say 1-2 months using AC-21? for eg i my current job end in Mar-11 and i get a next job in Apr-11?

---New employer can be from any where in USA.

-------------- Not a problem but it will be better if you are working with new employer when your I-485 gets approved and USCIS has new employer same/similar job offer letter to invoke AC21.
