AC-21 and Naturalization

Hi Folks,

I am about to get eligible to apply for my citizenship soon. I have a few questions.

Company A filed for my I-140 and I-485 together in August 2003. In September 2004, I left company A to go to company B (using H1-B transfer). Got my I-140 approval when I had already started working for company B. Got RFE on birth certificate on I-485. Company B lawyers responded the RFE. Lawyers also filed AC-21 separetely at the same time. Got greencard a month later.

I was with company B for 3.5 years after that. I had worked for company A for 3 years when my greencard was in process.

Questions:
1. Will I have a problem with my naturalization because of above case? All this happened back in 2004.

2. I have seen that an IO may ask if I have been with my sponsoring employer after getting greencard. So here who is my sponsoring employer? Company A or company B?

Any response will be appreciated.

Thanks.

-------------------I dont think you will have any problems due to AC21.
2. I have seen that an IO may ask if I have been with my sponsoring employer after getting greencard.

----------------------company B that gave you letter of future job and letter to invoke AC21. your I-485 was approved on the base of employer B job offer letter.
Any response will be appreciated.

Thanks.

I too filed AC21 during my GC process and IO never asked me regarding changing of employer during my interview.
