Hi,
Somewhere in this forum I read about AC-I140 where you can get Green card in 3 to 4 months once your PD is current instead of waiting long time like in 485 or CP. But most of the cases in that thread were dated to around 2003.
My doubt is is this still applicable?
And am I eligible to do AC140?
I am on EB2 PD Sep 2006 (From India)
Prodvided my PD becomes current, can I file 485 and also simultaneously aply for AC 140?
Please throw some lights on this.
