about Translation of proof divorce & more~

hi! I am still filling N-400 sigh..appreciate
my question is about Translation of proof of divorce.

1. is it OK to Translate by my self?
or do I have to ask someone else?
I did Google about it, some site says I can do by myself,
but I'd like to make sure.

when I apply green card ,I asked Translator but she is no longer living USA.
also I called to Consulate of my country ,
they don't do Translate the paper but they do sign on the paper for the translate is correct. they charged $40. and I have to visit to the Consulate.

2.I am almost ready to send N-400 out.
however I am bit worry if I should send it now or not.
I have plan to visit to my aunt (as she is sick) to my country around end of July or around first of August for about 2 weeks.

so I am worry if FP notice come same time?( I am in San Francisco)
should I wait until after I come back to USA?

please give me any an advice.thankyou

Attach a copy of the translation that you can do yourself. But add a certification like this:
I typed name , certify that I am fluent (conversant) in the English and
languages, and that the above/attached document is an accurate translation of the
document attached entitled .

Just to give you an idea, the date of sending application and date of fingerprinting is currently about one month. So plan your trip accordingly.
