About to Travel Abroad with AP but without I-94

A happy new year to everyone.

I just got my AP document last December 26, 2006. It was a wonderful "christmas gift" because I needed to travel abroad by the end of January, and the arrival of the AP was perfect timing!

Anyways, I just realized that the original I-94 was not with my passport anymore. It was taken by the officer after the I-485 interview last September 2006 (my I-485 case is still pending because of FBI name check clearance).

I'm worried... do I need to submit the original I-94 back to the airline or airport personnel?

Anybody with the same situation and able to travel abroad?

-----------mistake of officer, he was supposed to take I-94 if I-485 is approved

-------------you were supposed to do that if you had I-94, but your I-94 is taken by local USCIS by mistake and it has gone to USCIS records.relax and no need to submit I-94 at airline counter as you dont have I-94 if asked explain them
Anybody with the same situation and able to travel abroad?
------------not a problem as you have I-485 pending and officer took your I-94 by mistake.
as you will be using AP you may need transit visa. check with airline
