About to start. pls help

HI There,
I have been here in US for a while and now planning to apply for a GC.
My previous employer is refusing to give an employment experience letter cause I havent honored the last month of the agreement period.
What can I do now? Is it possible to get a GC with out all experience letters? I do have all the pay stubs and appointment letters though.

pls help me by providing any relevant information u might have. I am very confused what to do now.

I have done my MCA in India and have 4+ yrs of experience but dont have letters for 21/2 yrs (from 2 companies). Can i apply in EB2? Will there be any problem in later stage?

BTW can i do anything to get the experience letter from my previous employer if he refuses to give?

Pls help me out..

Even you doesn\'t have experience letter from ur previous employer, you can ask your colleagues from previous companies to write a notarized letter saying you indeed work with that company.

you can apply for EB2 category with your master\'s degree and 1 and half years experience. I did the same, in my case, the attorney put it wrongly as one and half instead putting two and half years.

This is just my opinion, consult your attorney.
