my conditional GC expired on 11/09, on I-751 form says file 90days before, which is 08/09. And the new fee is effective on 07/30, the special instrction says postmarked on/after 07/30 need send in the new amount check.
Ques: Can I postmark on 07/29 with the old fee to submit my I-751 which should be file on 08/09?
I am just thinking when they receive it will be 08/09 anyway.
