About the 90 day time limit to marry...

Hi folks,

Just a quick question. I see when it says you have been approved to enter the US under a fiance visa you have 90 days within which to marry.

So, just to be clear, does that mean the 90 days only starts once I actually enter the States or does it start from the time my fiance visa was approved?

90 days from the date of entry. You can file for adjustment after the 90 days. Just make sure to get married within 90 days of admission.
