My agency said they wont allow my spouse to fly immediately into US.They said she will follow me after 3 months eventhough we have reciv our EX visas. Can i insist that my spouse will come immediately and she wil stay for 3 months in her relatives in CA?
Hey: this seems to be a decision that the agency that is hiring you/sponsoring you is making, and not something that is coming from the US consulate. My suggestion would be to contact an immigration attorney. I don't know too much about all the circumstances surrounding the EX visa. Maybe others on here might!
