Hi. I am an Iraqi refugee in Turkey. My case was accepted by the US government in March, 2010 but still waiting for the Security Clearance process to be completed! it is have been almost a year so how long does it take to be finished? and whom should I contact?(especially I am NOT safe here in Turkey either)

You got stuck in the name check clearance. This is the only process that takes long time for some people. USCIS has no control over that and there is no timeframe for that.
