Do you guys know what will the lawyer write when file the market-retesting result?
Suppose there are 20 resumes received. 10 are not US workers, and 10 disqualify. What will the lawyer write in the report?
Any information is highly appreciated.
Should the lawyer give the detailed reason why one doesn't qualify?
Suppose one claims he has the skill of X in his resume, but the recruiter finds that he just know a little about X. What should the lawyer write to disqualify him? The interview procedure or just the conclusion?
