about recommendation letter

Hi,

I have some questions about rec letters:
1) If I do both OR and NIW, should I ask letter writer to write two different letters?
2) Can I use copies of the letters if I just got one signed letter?

Hi, You can ask them to write one letter only from each (thats what I did for EB-1---EA, and EB-2---NIW). Where ever it needs to be mentioned that it is in support for your "such and such petion" you can make it generic ie REF: VISA PETTION FOR MR/DR XYZ ---OR REF: IMMIGRATION PETITION FOR XYZ etc. Copies are acceptable. Post your email add and I may be able to send you some info.

rec letters

guys. all I wanted to communicate to Long was that rec letters are pivotal and to make sure that you guys have a knowledgiable attorney/person to guide/write "sample" letters. Great supporting documents without strong (strongly effective but not overly technical letters) letters could really hurt the case.
