Hello everybody,
I'm a DV 2012 winner, I already submit the forms and the photos, I did all stuff alone, I just read some topic, and I think that I made a mistake and that makes me worry, I was born in 1985 and NEVER leaved my province/city and country since I was born!!
The question is :
Quote
"List below all places you have lived for at least six months since reaching the age of 16, including places in your country of nationality. Begin with your present residence"
Well they want to know where I lived since 2001, isn't it? and they say
Quote
Begin with your present residence
:
So I just wrote one line :
My born/same as current City
My born/same as current province
My born/same as current country
-here is the problem- I wrote : 08-1985 to Present.
Is it wrong? should I write in the last field 08-2001 to Present, out should I put N/A in all the line.
As I said I already submit the form, I guess I should send a rectification as soon as possible, do you know what should I write exactly and kindly? :innocent:
Any help will be appreciated.
