I would like to know if anyone had an experience with upgrating petitions for children over 21? I filed petitions, when I was a Permanent Resident in 2003 and recently I become a US Citizen.
I did send my copy's of Certificate and other documents to NVC to upgrate their status.
My question is, whats the time to wait 4 a worldwide category, when you applied in 2003?
Do I need to register online to check my children status with Immigration? Or to wait from NVC to answer? Or to do both?
Also, if we are talking 2003, I know its not the time, but will I start to hear from them now, like filing other forms I-624? Or what? Sorry, just dont know how it works... Please, explain! Thanks!
