about noticed date 4/3/2002

I did a search yesterday, and it seemed that for those people whose noticed date on 4/3/2002 have not received finger print notice yet. BTW, mine is on 4/3/2002. Did INS forget us or lost the files?

it is not only that date

there are lot of dates which have not recd fp

Not just that, seems other cases(AP etc,.) which ND on 4/3/02 have not got approved. I really doubt INS lost all the files on 4/3/02. Is there anyone with ND 4/3/02 out there got approved, what never it is, please post on the forum.
