Hey guys, I have a question.
How does the medical examination works for the cases when an asylee is in a cancer treatment phase. I mean receiving chimio and everything. Cause I believe the person won't be able to get all the vaccines. LIke we know, as soon we receive those shots we are inyected viruses in our bloodstream and man...for a patient with cancer it can be really painful and dangerous.
Any comment will be appreciated...and also what about if doing the medical examinations in a different state where u reside??.does it matter or is the same, as soon the doctor is a registered surgeon and approved by USCIS.???

The doctor needs to be on the approved INS list. And I believe they can waive the vaccine requirement if the doc determines that it is not medically appropriate.

Good luck.

Read the attached INS inmformation sheet and then ask your doctor if he or she can support your waiver request.
