Of course, yes. Not sure what your question is.

Again I am unsure what exactly your question is. You can get married in India and you would need to produce the necessary marriage registration documentation that you are married in India. The necessity for any petition for the spouse of a US citizen is to show that you are in a bona fide marriage.

I am not sure that I am answering your question though :-)

My question is,
whether you need to do a big ceremony or you can just go to court to do marriage.

B'coz if you do it like ceremony then you can have some pics or movie to show as proof otherwise only marriage certificate.

You can do a court marriage. Are you going to do consular processing for your spouse? Or is he/she already in the US on another visa?

The bottom line is this: you have to show that your marriage is real and not a sham.

I'm a USC,going to marry in india...but can't afford ceremony in india..i'm going to apply here in US,not in consular processing..

you can apply here for I-130 but if your wife/husband is not in the usa then you have to do consular processing. Aos is only for persons that is in the usa already

File an I-130 for your spouse once you are back from India. Your spouse will get an immigrant visa at a US consulate.
