about mailing fee

i made $275 application fee + $20 =$295 still do i have to sent evelope with that? i m only one applicant.. i m applying at chicago center.

Chicago has temp suspended accepting oci appl. Read their website for the latest. When they do start accepting, you can just send the $295 and that is it. You don't have to send the envelope if you paid the mailing fee.
