about I-134/ Dear Friends pls Help!!

Dear Friends,

I have an inquiry about one of the phrases mentioned in New Version of Form I-134.

According to I-134, Sponsor must support the applicant for FIRST 3 YEARS in the U.S.

But,One phrase drew my attention.In the last page of I-134, we can find a phrase as " your commission expires on.."

My sponsor has inserted the date of July,2010 as the expiry date.Considering to this issue that I don't get my visa until late July,may I have a trouble with that? Because this date expires a little earlier than my first 3 yeras of my life in the U.S.

I would be grateful if you give some advice regarding this case.

as much as i know the expiration date is for the form validity, and your sponsor can support you as long as he like/can from 6 months to 3 years, the more the better!
i know some people whose sponsers have supported them for 1 year!
but it's just a guess

these words are in regard to the commission period of the NOTARY PUBLIC that will notarize the signature on the forms. This section needs to be filled out by the notary public, and not by the person-sponsor who is signing the forms:


Subscribed and sworn to (affirmed) before me this ______________ day of ________ at ______________ . My commission expires on _____________________
