About I-130 sponsor's supporting documents?

My husband (US citizen, sponsoring my green card) only put in his W-2, tax return record for the last 3 years, 1099 forms and some bonds and stock records but didn't include his pay stubs (he threw them out every time he received them and I only collected stubs for most recent 2 months, should I enclosed those 2 month pay stubs?) and he didn't include the employment verification letter.

Will this be all right?? My hubby thought those tax forms says everything and his high-salary makes him qualify for the financial support of me.

By the way, should the I-864 be notarized?

Actually, one no longer needs to have the I-864 notarized:
