My case was forwared to Atlanta DOL in September 2003, however I still have not get a case # yet. My attoney said Atlanta DOL is working on Jan 2003 case, and therefore there is no case #. Is that true? I heard DOL usually assign a case number 2-3 months after receipt of application, I don't know whether it is still the case? Anyone here whose case was forwarded to Atlanta DOL around Sep 2003 timeframe? Thank you for your advice.
