Hi There,
I m planing to apply a greencard for my wife. i m a Citizen and live in Newyork, she lives in Turkey and she never been in the US. My question is; what is procedure for that. Which document am i going to send? i checked USCIS web site,
it says ;
I-130, Filling fee $355, Proof of US cizitenship copy, a photograph for me and for her, G-325A for me and for her,
is there any additional form and document that i need to send ? and after this step what is gonna be next step ?
