about address Of my mail box in new registeration?

i'm live in iran,iran is a country that have political problem with USA.
if i put my iran mail box address in the new registeration of US Lottery, is there any chance that the result mail(contain my winning message) do not recieve in my mail box?

look my problem is not with usa because the state department send the mail correctly in time that he set, (but it my be banned in iran gateway)<==is it true????.

is there any of you which lived in iran and recieve the mail with SUCCESS(in iran not to friend of you in other country).

Dear Peyman !
Yes, I DID receive the first notification letter and all of those I met in the American Embassy who came for an interview DID receive their first notification letter in IRAN !
Anyhow I did NOT receive the 2nd notification letter so I've emailed the embassy and they've sent me an email and told me to print it and keep it as a lieu of my appointment letter !
