And probably this is done because KCC knows that not everyone can meet requirements. On the other hand looking on some ststistics from previous years, even not all of the 50000 visas per year, have been reached so often, and many times all for all regions we had Current in Visa Bulletin in Aug, Sep which gives me impresion that all of the people which were called for the interview if they meet requirements they receive the visa.
