able to efile ead but what are supporting documents?

when the site was down I called the 800 number and spoke to a rep. She said she will contact their technial department. Then after 1 hour the site came up.

I files both mine and her. Now what the documents that have to send, is there any link in uscis.gov where I can read.

I know there is a sticky where someone compiled what to send. But curuious any place uscis.gov has put as what needs to send when e file EAD.

a copy of your I-94, 485 online status, I-140 approval notice,
previous copies of EAD, drivers license, copies of your passport,
your EAD confirmation notice.

you should also call the I-800 # and set up an appt for your biomietrics.

At the end of the efile process, you will get a pdf copy of the EAD with a barcode, that's the confirmation notice. It will say confirmation notice on the top. You are supposed to take this form when you go for your biometrics.
