Ability to pay RFE and 485

I found out via e-mail that an RFE has been mailed to me. I have the following questions and would appreciate your reply very much.

1) THis RFE is for 485. Can it be an ability ot pay RFE?
2) If it is ability ot pay RFE, then I was wondering how would the fact that my company is currently not making profit (it has ~60 to 70 million annual revenue and is owned by a 4.5 billion dollar multinational) impact my case.
3) Will they mail 485 RFE to attorney as well as myself?

its all depends upon ur luck but mostly for I-485 there shd'nt be Ability to Pay.

yours is EB3 OR EB2 Category, Pl.let us know

I got an RFE also. It was mailed to the lawyer only. In my case they asked for last 3 yrs W2's and a letter from my employer attesting that I am still employed. I don't know what triggered it, but it happened. Mine is EB3.
