Ability to Pay - Letter from Employer

Hi Everybody,

my company has @250 workers and in existence since last 50 years. So I guess if my Chief financial Controller verifies that my the company has the ability to pay my salary, as stated in the Labor Certification, would be fine.

Is there a general guideline that we can use in writing the letter?
I would really appreciate if sombody can cut&paste their letter and help me out.
 
ask for tax return or pay roll copies

ask for tax returns or pay roll copies, it may not work all the time, as I have more than 100 staff,but send me the RFE on ability to payasking for tax return.
