I work for a company that had a really bad year in 2001. My priority date (from labor cert) is May 2003. A colleague of mine, his priority date was Jan. 2001. He applied for his I-140 in Jan 2007 and got his denial in March 2007. They told him that his actual pay did not match the amount that was specified in the labor cert. I checked my labor cert app. and realized that I was paid 10,000 less than what was actually specified in the application from March 2003 till Sep. 2005. I'm just wondering if this would lead to my I-140 getting denied also! Any help would be greatly appreciated! My receipt date for I-140 is 15th Mar. 2007.
