A small hope for waiting 140/485 concurrent filers!!

New member - waiting for I-140 approval

Hi All,
I am a new member and I found it very informative and encouraging to read everybody's postings.

Here are my I-140 details:

EB3 Concurrent filing with LC substitution

I-140 / I-485:
----------------
MD - 9/18/2002
ND - 10/1/2002
AD - still waiting

FP - completed on 12/4/2002

I-765 EAD:
-------------
MD - 9/18/2002
ND - 10/1/2002
AD - 12/3/2002
Haven't received the card yet - but from reading previous postings it looks like I should expect it in the mail in the next week or so

I-131 AP:
----------
MD - 9/18/2002
ND - 10/1/2002
AD - still waiting
Does the AP get approved immediately after the EAD?

VSC Processing time for I-140 applications

I was looking at the recent posting of processing time of VSC posted on 11/15/2002 and the processing time for I-140 is not shown.

Does anybody know what the reason is? INS should create two processing times now and reflect those times on their website, one for Concurrent filers and other for Regular filers or if both have the same processing time then it should indicate the processing date.
