Hi all,
Here are the details of my case
1. I-485(EB3): WAC-01-072-XXXXX
2. finger print done on March 2001
3. received RFE on April 2001 (I-140 redo, due to company acquisition)
4. reply RFE on May 2001 (AVM update receive RFE on June 2001)
5. received redo I-140 receipt WAC-01-218-XXXXX
6. redo I-140 approval date 10/29/2001
7. I-485 approval date 10/30/2001 and waiting for notice

When did you do your medical examination?

Congratulations! It seems to me that when your I-485 was approved your medical examination might have been over one year old? Am I correct? If I am, I am happy to know that INS is approving cases like this. I will probably be in a situation like that. I did my medical examination in December laster year and am still waiting for the RFE to show up at the door. Your response will be appreciated.

in my case, medical exam is very close to a year, but not over a year yet.

Usaually, REF only send to the lawyer, but if you filed by yourself, that\'s another stroy.
