This is on behalf of a friend:
129F (Fiancee) petition approved.
Madras Consulate notified on Dec 2, 2002
Called Madras Consulate around Dec 20th and was told that the packet was sent on Dec 9th 2002. Info Packet has not arrived yet. There was an error in the zip code. The prospective bridegroom is worried whether he lost the packet in the mail.
Any idea on the timeline set by Madras Consulate? Any way of knowing on whether the packet was actually sent or not?
