hi everybody, i am a new member,i liked this site and i think i will have an answers for my questions:
1- IV processing fee bill was paid one month ago, how long does it take to recieve the applicant document processing instruction package?
2- Do the papers will be send to the applicant or to the selected agent?

Freezer,

Generally it takes about a month to get packet-3 from NVC. You could call their number and check from automated message if your check has been encashed or not. Once encashed, they would forward the packet in a week or 2.
