Hi I'd like to hear comments on this. I applied 140/485 concurrently last year. After I140's approval and I485's pending over 180 days, I changed job. My previous employer paid for my application. The new company would also pay legal fee if I use their attorney. But I decided to stay with previous lawyer just for simplicity. As a result I need to pay the ongoing fee by myself. The lawyer charges about 200 bucks an hour. After job change, he helped me filed AC21, 2nd AP/EAD and charged hourly fee on those. After that, I still receive monthly bills for items such as 'data entry', 'photo copying', roughly 50$ per month.

I wonder is it normal? I don't want to raise the issue with him, but things look a little bit annoying.

Sounds like you are getting scammed. Now you know why lawyers are so "highly regarded" people.
