A question regarding approval

A million dollar question..

If Priority date is July'2003 and ND for I140/485(EB2) is 11/09/2004 and
Approval Date for I140 is 04/27/2005,When the approval for I485 can be expected????

Pls share yr expertise... :confused:
 
I did'nt ask you particularly..If you don't feel like answering,don't answer...There are more knowlegeable people here ,who are willing to share their expertise...Thanks anyway for advise..

That is a million dollar question. The approval could take from 1 month to 2 years ! Your guess is as good as mine.

One of my friend is waiting for more than 3 years....
He has clean slate -- MS from US -- works for Giant comp .. Got 140 approved more than 3 years back --- Kismat man -- thats' it and none of the prediction modelling works with NSC.

At present even if ones PD becomes current -- that does not mean that the application will be picked for Adjucation -- if its under the pile -- wait for ever for adjucation.
