A question on EAD

I saw the recent JIT report. I have a question for looking the current dates.

I have filed my EAD along with my AOS application. I am right now on H1-B

Is my application comes under 765 - 30 days or 765 - 90 days ?

It is in 765 90 days...

30 days are for those who are in Student visa

I remember the lawyer preparing for EAD form

she used c(8) initial as option, which should fall under
30 days

It seems that INS moved 15 days for EAD processing, a bit good sign

Then the dates are very encouraging, now they are 01/15/2002
