A question: how many times can I go back to China?

I am now waiting for my green card after submitting both I-140 and I-485. As only having two Form I-512L(Authorization for Parole of an Alien into the US)s, I'm wondering how many times can I reentry the US after going back to China? Actually, I have used one form once already. Is one form valid for single or mutiple usage? if it is for single usage, does it mean that I can only go back to China for at most two times? If I have to go for the third time, what should i do to reentry the US?

Would any experienced guys pls answer my qustions? Thanks a lot.

If ur AP is for multiple entry - u can use it multiple times, within the expiry date of the AP.
If the AP was for single entry - then u can use it only once.
Check ur AP - see if it states single or multiple entry.

Thanks for your kind answer. as per the AP "is valid for mutiple applications for parole into the US", I guess it is for mutiple usage.

Another confusing thing is that when I returned to the States, a Parole Stamp stated that "Parole until April. 2004", which is over 4 months later than the expiration date of my AP. So before which date should I come back to the US?

Ur AP expiry date is the date which u should taken into to consideration - not the parolled until date.
If u dont enter US within the AP expiry date, u will not be permitted to enter US - eventhough the paorlled until date is diff.

( When u enter US on AP, the date they stamp on ur passport is usually 1 yr from the date of entry. )
