A question about I-130

Hi guys,

Actually it's more than 1 question...
My mother filed an I-130 case for me as petition for child of lawful permenant resident under age of 21, in May 2005. I was 19 at that time. And I am presend in the US right now.

First, I was reading the notice about the child status on USCIS. When describing the age status of a child of permanent resident, it says... "your child’s age will be determined using the date that the priority date of the Form I-130 becomes current, minus the number of days that the Form I-130 is pending." Well isn't that the same result as the "age when I-130 is filed?" And will I be facing "aging out" problem?

Secondly, just by a rough estimation, how long does it take for them to get to my case? I was born in main land China, and I saw the visa date going backwards in june 2006, which is kind of disturbing. so can anyone help me with a little estimation?

Thank you guys so much.
