A question about e-filing, Thanks in advance!

I am working on my efiling right now. On the second page, there are 2 questons that I feel confused about:

Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from BCIS?
.................since I am applying for renewal, I know the answer is Yes.

But there is a second question:
If you have made multiple applications for Employment Authorization, please give details.

What does that mean? What is the difference between this question and the first question? (I applied for EAD when I finished my Master's, should I fill in that information here?)

One more question, since I am applying for AP renewal as well, can I send these 2 applications in one envelop?

For each EAD you have had before you should list the start date and the processing center.

I assume you mean the supporting documents as if you are efiling there won't be any need to mail the applications. The two sets of supporting documents may well need tro go to different processing centers depending on your status and case. Read the receipt pages carefully and send the documents to the addresses given.

Thank you so much for your quick response. I just want to make sure I do this right.

I have had 2 EADs. One is current from I-485. The old one was from my graduate study.

So the answer to the first question 'have you ever before applied for employment authorization from BCIS', I should give the details of my current EAD.

the answer to the second question 'If you have made multiple applications for employment authorization, please give details', I should list both EAD details (including the current one).

Am I right? Thank you again for your help.
 
The response to the first question is simply "Yes"

The response to the second question is the details of each EAD.
