A question about concurrent H-1B?

Hi,

I recently accepted an offer for a part-time position from, say Company A, while still holding a full-time position. Company A applied a concurrent H-1 visa for me and I already got the approval. But my question is that there is NO indication on the approval form that it is for a concurrent H-1B although I know on the application form it says concurrent, and that is also what the lawyer told us when we inquired about this. Does anybody know whether there should be a word like concurrent on the application form? Thanks a lot.

Another question is that if in the future, I want to change my full time job, does the new company need to file for another concurrent H-1B, or just a regular transfer? What if I want to get a visa stamp, is there any advantage using one or the other? Thanks a lot for your help.

It should be regular transfer.

Thanks GotPR,

Do you know anything about my first question? I don't want to be working illegally with two regular H-1. Thanks.
