I have one question:
Do I have to use my Advance Parole within 3 months after it is issued ? My coworker told me that I have to use it at least once within 3 months after the issued date, otherwise the AP will be voided. Is it true? Have you seen any regulation about this? I thought I can use it anytime before I get my I-485 proved. Need your advice! Thanks.

I last time I checked with my employer's law dept. (about 4 weeks ago), they told me that I could use it as many time as needed before it's expiry (almost all the time, AP is approved for one year).

If you need to travel past the expiry date, you need to apply for another AP.

Please check with your law firm for confirmation, though!
