I am on H4 visa (dependent on H1 visa holder). My husband has applied for his green card and not me. Pls answer if I will be on H4 visa or not after his green card is approved. Thanks.
Once your husband gets his GC, you cannot be in H-4 status. Until then (as long as his GC application is still pending AND he also maintains his H-1B status), you will be fine.
Depends upon which stage he is now. He cannot include you in the application till he applies 140. He cannot include you in the first stage (labor). If possible, check the stage with him to make yourself clear.
