A piece of advice

To whom is waiting for approval after submitting RFE, I would like to give you a piece of advice. If you have been waited to long call IIO, let them know your concern. I think it will accelerate your process, at least they will notice that your case has been ignored (if not some serious issue).

It happened to me. I called them on March 18th, IIO told me that my file is in position for review (not assigned to an officer yet). However, I found out my case got approved on 19th this month.

I think they just forgot to update the information after approval.
In such case I think calling IIO will help.


This is just based on my assumption.
 
Thanks for your adivse man. I do call them every 3 weeks to make sure that I do not miss out on any such luck. But you know what, I have been waiting for approval since Jan 3rd. That is when they received my attorney's response for an RFE.

Well, it doesn't hurt to call the IIO thou, so guys... shoot at it and see if you are as lucky as NSCOCT.
