Dear all,

I paid to someone to verify all my papers, and she told me that in the field that ask for A number (which I left blank, becuase I think I have no A number, I had never a GC) I should write the number on the back of the I94 (which starts with LIN...).

Im currently with a L1 visa, does that LIN number could apply as a A number??

Thanks a lot!

You should ask for your money back.

Why you don't do it yourself? There are many diffrent ways you can do it yourself depend on what info you are really looking for.

LIN is abbreviated form Lincoln, NE, processsing center, whereas Alien or A# is unique identification number created by USCIS that goes with individual. LIN, WAC, EAC, SRC are four USCIS service center prefixes. 3 letter prefix followed by 10 digits completes file number for any application or petition filed with USCIS
