A-number for H1B visa where is it?

Hi I am filing for a AOS for my spouse. I'm a U.S. citizen. She is on a H1B visa. Many of the applications ask for an "A-number" Where can I find this number.

Is it on her passport? visa? or I-94 form? do H1b visas even have an A-number? Does the number start with an "A" or does it go by any other name. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

----------------No. A# is assigned only after I-485 is filed.

your spouse will write her I-94 number (I think I-485 form asks for it.) if no I-485 was filed for her in past then he/she does not have A# and write"none"
