I-140 I-485 EB2 concurrent filing March 16, 2004
Received EAD one month later
FP April 20, 2004
140 and 485 both approved on Nov 23, 2004
Received approval emails on Nov 24, 2004 at 6:05pm
LUD on Oct 27 for I-485, no touch on I-140, then both updated on Nov 24 (the approval message)
Received I485 approval letters for my spouse and I on Nov 26, 2004

Good luck to everyone who is still waiting for the light of this long journey! Hang on there. The good news is that they are working... :)

Congrats GreenCardCA2004:) Good to see approvals related to March 2004 cases.

Based on what i am reading from most of the posts, whoever got there I-485 LUD modified on 10/27 seem to be getting the approvals. Most of the approvals that i came across in other threads also have their I-485 LUD 10/27. I know there was a mass update for many people on 10/27 for their I-485. My guess is that the 10/27 update to LUD is due to the Name check results coming back from FBI to USCIS. Maybe FBI sent a bunch of Name check results back at once and USCIS is processing those cases now. Anyway this is just my guess....

No, LUD did not change a bit between Oct 27 and Nov 24.
I submitted EAD renewal two weeks ago. Guess that might trigger the approval process.

my LUD changed 4 times after 10/27, but I think all of them were just because of responses to inquires (mine, lawyer's, congressman's, senator's). I called CSC emergency number on 11/15 and lady told me that my case was waiting fbi namecheck. So, your theory doesn't work.

Can you guys also post the Country you belong to or stayed in Last 10 Years. I have heard that, FBI Name Check goes as long as for last 10 Years. If you belong to India, specially a remote place .... you are basically scre**
 
I live in the USA since August 1995. I hope that when it becomes 10 years, FBI will finish my name check.
