a lawyer wanted

Hi everybody,

My company lawyer filed PERM EB3 some time ago :mad: :mad: :mad:
Now she's refusing to withdraw it and refile it under EB2 (I'm from "other countries"). She thinks that it could affect the "public company image" negatively and cause some suspictions from DoL behalf.

So, here is the deal. I'm looking for a lawyer who is not afraid of risking actions. The position is Axapta systems developer but can be transformed into Sr. something easily.

i m in the middle of perm process but not my lawyer has kind of hung up on me
doesnt want to proceed.. need help for the same

A company lawyer always represents an employer. It is not a good choice but may save you legal fees. If you don’t care more than $5000 legal fees, you should pick up a local attorney by yourself.

And it's exactly what I'm doing. I've just wanted to find a lawyer which won't be that stubborn.
