There have been 4 approvals every day on rupnet this week. Hope this is a good sign that NSC is actively working on I485. We know that the caps have been reached for both H1B and H2B, so there will be more officers available to process our cases. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Latest NSC report
One thing that can be observed in the latest NSC report
(of march 15th)

is that they are processing new h1-B application as of 02/10/2004 and I beleive the cap was reached around 2/17/2004.
So, NSC must be done with processing of H1 applications (received by NSC) very soon.
Hope this frees up more resources
